FSS supplied the extensive seismic engineering and products needed for the plumbing infrastructure for the Warriors Chase Center in San Francisco when it was being built in 2018/2019.

About Force Support Services

History

Force Support Services was founded in 2016 in collaboration with the Fluid Gauge Company, to support local MEP businesses with seismic engineering, during the building boom in San Francisco. The company quickly grew to support projects all over Northern California. In January 2019 Tim Lindfelt, P.E., an original founder, became the sole owner and moved the company to a larger office in Hayward. Now the material warehouse and the growing engineering group are under one roof, and deliveries can easily be made to clients all over the Bay area.

Force Support Services has continually grown year-after-year since its inception and the ownership group now includes many of the employees, who are the company’s greatest asset.

The organization is flattened to eliminate bureaucracy and to turbo-charge decision making. Our culture is based on mutual respect and transparency, so we are constantly learning from our mistakes and improving. Future plans to become a B corporation are in the process, to strengthen our commitment to balancing profits with the health of our employees and the environment, while giving back to the society around us.
